For $3–12M businesses with a management team that isn’t owning the numbers.
Your managers are busy, but without weekly accountability, busy doesn't move the number. So the CEO compensates: more check-ins, more follow-ups, more management time. Chaos reigns. MetricsOS replaces all of that. You just show up.
Month 1 - Build. KPI dashboard built, automated, and connected to your existing tools. Each KPI gets assigned one manager as the owner. First accountability meeting runs by Week 4.
Month 2 - Install. Fixed 60-min weekly meeting, run by the MetricsOS team. Each manager reports their number, explains what drove it, and commits to specific actions. Nobody moves on without a plan
Month 3 - Release. The habit is set. Managers own their numbers. Most clients see improvement in 2–3 key metrics before Month 3 ends.

3-month minimum. Cancel anytime after that. Come to every meeting, have your managers report their KPIs, follow the work plan. If after 90 days you haven’t seen measurable improvement, the MetricsOS team keeps working at no charge until you do.
Then $4,500/mo after month 3, for the MetricsOS team to continue leading and driving results via weekly meetings, workplan followup, and manager coaching
